3D structure of haemoglobin

Perutz and colleagues obtained a three-dimensional Fourier synthesis of haemoglobin at 5.5 Å resolution by X-ray analysis.

As reported in: PERUTZ, ROSSMANN, CULLIS et al. (1960). Structure of Hæmoglobin: A Three-Dimensional Fourier Synthesis at 5.5-Å. Resolution, Obtained by X-Ray Analysis. Nature. doi:10.1038/185416a0
